​As a dedicated School Specialist Lead and born-again Christian, Dillys Asamoah is driven by a passion for serving others and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. With over two decades of experience in teaching, coaching, and school improvement, she has developed a proven track record of enhancing student outcomes, instructional practices, and school culture.

 

Dillys is guided by a profound conviction, rooted in Matthew 25:14-30, that every individual has been endowed with unique abilities and talents. She believes that unlocking and utilizing these gifts is essential to living a purposeful and meaningful life. What fuels her passion is witnessing the tangible impact of her coaching and mentoring efforts, as individuals grow and excel under her guidance. As a devoted Christian, Dillys is committed to mentoring young people and empowering them to reach new heights.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Basic Education and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. Additionally, she has earned a Trainer of Trainers Certificate from Lens Stevens Training School, Cape Town, South Africa, and a Certificate in Broadcast Journalism from Ghana Broadcasting Corporation - Radio Training School, Accra, Ghana. Her credentials and professional certifications underscore her expertise and commitment to educational excellence and personal development.     

 

Dillys's professional background includes educational leadership and coaching, school reform and improvement, strategic planning and implementation, community partnerships and engagement, instructional delivery and design, and data-driven decision-making. 

 

Being a servant leader, Dillys is committed to workplace excellence, having a lasting effect on the lives of individuals she encounters with her steadfast belief and passion.
