Meet the Founder
Lady Marian Bonney-Ankrah
Lady Marian, the visionary behind The Called-Out Woman, is a devoted wife, mother, creative writer, mentor and successful Financial Protection Sales Manager. The Called-Out Woman stands as a testament to her lifelong commitment to empowering women through the Word of God.
Her Story
At 53, Marian has witnessed first-hand the transformative power of God’s touch in one’s life, fostering a commitment to choose righteousness in her desire to please God and no one else. Marian inherits a robust and rich Christian legacy from her parents. She believes that God’s call for Christians to be separate from the world should be viewed as a matter of great urgency and priority.
Marian believes that many people are often satisfied with merely ticking the boxes of religiosity without fully grasping the essence of the call. Drawing from her Christian upbringing, faith, and personal journey, Marian has established a small charity organisation aimed at sharpening, inspiring, uplifting, and empowering women worldwide to cultivate a deeper relationship with God through practical, Godly ways of living and navigating life, whether they are single, married, or young adults.
One of our foundational biblical verses is presented in the Message Bible as follows: 2 Corinthians 6:17 states, “So leave the corruption and compromise; leave it for good,” says God. “Don’t link with those who will pollute you. I want you all for Myself…” With such a foundation, a woman can positively influence those around her; her children will embody holiness and excellence, her marriage will be unparalleled, and she will know her identity in Christ. Through the Called-Out Woman platform, Marian seeks to awaken the princess in every woman, both young and old, so that they do not settle for less. This woman will be reminded and taught of her true identity and the One who has called her, empowering her to be confident, fearless, and humble while living victoriously every day in reverence to God. We stand on Psalm 46:5, “God is in her midst; she will not fail; God will help her right early.”
