Esther is a dedicated mental health professional with a strong background in counselling management and leadership within the mental health sector. Over the years, she has successfully managed multiple mental health homes- transforming underperforming facilities into high-rated, client-centered spaces. Her work has consistently focused on rehabilitating individuals and transitioning them into step-down facilities where they can regain independence and stability.

 

With a heart for service, Esther has devoted her life to supporting individuals in crisis—restoring dignity, structure, and hope. She is especially passionate about addressing homelessness, poverty, and reaching underserved communities with practical, compassionate care.

 

As the founder of the Petra Foundation, she leads charitable initiatives that provide food, shelter, and emotional support to those in need. Esther also sponsors children in Africa, believing that consistent, nurturing care can transform not only individual futures but entire communities for generations to come.

 

Though she doesn’t consider herself traditionally creative, Esther is deeply committed, hands-on, and purpose-driven. She thrives in organizing outreach programs, building genuine relationships, and working at the grassroots level to create meaningful change.
